Who we are
This website is operated by HLA AL RABY LLC, a company based in the Sultanate of Oman supplying commercial kitchen, laundry, tableware and tactical equipment. You can reach us by email at info@hla-alraby.com or by telephone on +968 9596 4990. Full contact details are on our contact page.
What this website collects
This is a static website. It does not run a database, does not create user accounts, and does not store submitted information on our web server.
Enquiry form
The enquiry form on our contact page does not transmit data to us directly. When you submit it, your browser opens your own email application with the details you entered already written into a draft message addressed to us. Nothing is sent until you choose to send that email yourself. If you close the draft without sending, we never receive it.
When you do send the enquiry, we receive the information you chose to include: typically your name, company, email address, telephone number, the division you are interested in, and your description of the requirement. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and to manage any resulting quotation or project.
Direct contact
If you telephone us, message us on WhatsApp, or email us directly, we hold that correspondence for the purpose of responding and maintaining our business relationship with you.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies of its own, and does not currently run analytics, advertising or visitor-tracking software.

How long we keep information
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond, to deliver any resulting project, and to meet our record-keeping and contractual obligations. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your enquiry, for example when sourcing equipment from a manufacturer on your behalf.
Your choices
You can ask us what correspondence we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@hla-alraby.com and we will respond. You can also simply contact us by telephone instead of using the website form, in which case no website-related processing occurs at all.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the correspondence we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send us confidential commercial or personal information by email unless you are comfortable doing so.
Changes to this policy
If we add analytics, advertising, a server-side contact form, or any other service that changes what this website collects, we will update this page and revise the date shown above.
